- Dan Senor Assembly Series program rescheduled for Thursday. Dan Senor, author of Start Up Nation: The Story of Israel’s Economic Miracle, has rescheduled his talk for 4 p.m. Thursday, March 3, in Graham Chapel. His previous appearance was canceled last month due to bad weather. The event is free and open to the public.

- Baseball loses season opener. The baseball team erased a four-run deficit against NCAA Division I Saint Louis University in its season opener Feb. 27, but it was not enough as the Billikens brought the game-winning run across the plate in the bottom of the ninth to secure a 5-4 victory. The game was the first under new head coach Steve Duncan.
